Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at vitalform@vitalform.health.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. VitalForm is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. VitalForm is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at vitalform@vitalform.health within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Split Shipments

Depending on your order, items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
