Our Commitment

At VitalForm, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at vitalform@vitalform.health with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Contact us at vitalform@vitalform.health to arrange an exchange.

Warranty

Our products carry the following manufacturer warranties:

  • Red light therapy panels and beds: 3-year warranty
  • LED masks: 1-year warranty
  • Other devices: Warranty terms as specified on the individual product page

Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened personal care or skincare items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
