Track Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery in real time.
How to Track
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation from VitalForm.
- Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number.
- Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see your delivery status.
Shipping Timeframes
- US Orders: 5–10 business days after processing
- International Orders: 10–21 business days after processing
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@vitalform.health and we'll look into it right away.
